the party island!

Back in Penang for few days for now, as my wish, I ate many mouth-watering hawker foods and appetizing tropical fruits. Oooooo... Superb!!! and i'm starting to feel the party mood!
Discos, pubs, bars, lounges, yuppie hangouts, shows or just enjoying the clear starry night; Penang may be a lovely island in the sun but it is even brighter and livelier after dark. The island seems to come alive with the setting of the sun, and islanders alike party the night through to welcome the dawning of another spectacularly beautiful day in this tropical paradise in the sun. I will be also spending my weekend down in KL, there are view clubs recommended by friends which i hope that i could visit it this trip down there. Next thing that KL lures me is the shopping malls. What a waste that it's not the sale season now but doens't matter, i'm still coming! hahaha!



TIPS: If you were giving someone a suprise by acting as well planned robbers, after succesfully got the victim under control, please DO NOT start with your sentence with " What do you want?"! THAT IS JUST PLAIN STUPIDITY!!! and ruin the whole plan! You should start with something like "give me whatever valuables you have! or money or your life? (da hokkien version)"!
Anyway, that dummy was Mr.Nelson at Matthew's suprise birthday bash! Wuahahahaha!

gratefulness..

I've finished my last paper, packing for my journey back home for 3 and 1/2 weeks for winter holiday! However, I'm not excited like how I usually do, instead I'm anxious about my results of my papers that i've completed, knowing that most probably i'll fail one of them.

Furthermore, it is my last day living with my current flatmates. Presumably that i could never see them again (they aren't dying), just simply because they are leaving as well. *sob..sob* I would like to wish both of you all the best! I'm sure i'll find it hard to live alone next sem after being nearly 24/7 attached to you guys for the past 4 months. I would like to express my gratitude to the two best flatmate i ever had. Let me introduce them:



Thank you Audrey, for taking more than 5 seconds every morning to close the door for not waking us up and whispering to your friends after 11pm every night. Em... Actually we're not asleep yet. :) Au revoir, salute, tu me manquerai!

While, to my beloved Amber,Thank you for accommodating me so well inspite of my blunt speaking. Other than my mum and maid from home, you would be the next who has made me breakfast, yummy egg sandwiches for lunch and delicious meals for dinner including your finest dish- 红烧肉! Honestly, I found it amusing that i've got an egg sandwiched prepared for my lunch! 好幸福哟！It is very much appreciated.

Alright, Penang, here i come!!!! I'm gonna start a list for what i'm going to have every meal for this 3 and 1/2 weeks! Hooray, i'll make sure all these would be at the top of my list!

da greatest antisocial epidemics!

Just completed my 3rd paper! How i wish i could redo it again, but must not be seated next to that remarkable lady! ~$#*#&^*! After drinking an E and half a red bull, i was still half asleep when i sat down waiting for the examiners to declare approval to begin, then suddenly this lady placed herself to the empty seat next to me, in matter of seconds, atmosphere was reek of 'perfumes'which has roused me! Awww.... I've requested to changed place but it was unsuccesful, so i have to bare with that overpowering stench of 'perfume' for 3 hours! *fainting* Best part was, before the exam started, i saw her boyfriend sending her off, giving her a hug wishing her best of luck! Fuiyoo....lets just think he is immune to it!

I'm intolerable for Body odour or Smelly feets!! Strange as it may seem, most people with bad body odour are blissfully unaware that they smell! For many, including this lady, the sense of smell has become so rudimentary that there are certain molecules that their nostrils are simply insensitive to. That should explains why she replied with a faint sneer of satisfaction when i scowled at her. They can smell any others but the smell emanating from their armpits appears not to be registered with them at all! JUSSSST! So, for all those who doens't know whether you have body odour, pleaseeee open your door, go to your neighbours, NOT anyone you are staying with including your partner, and ask them! If your shy, you could bring a deodorant along and pretend to ask whether is that brand good to prevent smells or whatever else you can think of!

OH yeah! To Gina, my last year's flatmate at 373,college st, if you know her, please tell her she stinks soooo bad, whether its her feet or body odour! Well, she's aware of it after complains from us but she just loveeee her 'womanly' pong thats all. Because of that issue, the house became a 6 anti 1 problem. It was dreadful to live with her!
What people think is funny was, we have to practically hide behind the kitchen counter whenever there is strong wind blowing through the living room cause she leaves her stinky shoes next to the front door!

Wait wait, remember for those who has body odour, NEVER wear yesterday's clothes as, however clean your body is, the clothes will retain the smell of yesterday's stale sweat= stinky smell! (please, do not assume its some 'manly or womanly', attractive 'odour' to have, its not!)
So you have body odour or stinky feet, if you can't solve it yourself, please do visit the chemist!

Lets see how Spain will fair at its' 8th consecutive appearance in World Cup Finals. But, no doubt, it will still be my favourite team! 3 and 1/2 hours more to go, Spain will play their World Cup 2006's opening match at Leipzig's impressive Zentralstadion! Fabregas Cesc, an Arsenal and Spanish player debuted in March 2006, will be playing his first world cup match!
The bets at TAB NZ is at $1.60 for Spain and $5.50 for Ukraine! hahaha! It is said that Ukraine, so far will be the only threat for them in their group. They are expecting a tough game with or without Andriy Shevchenko.

I'm excited! I've finished my first paper this afternoon and my fav team playing soon! Hooray! Then I have one paper tmr afternoon and one more day after that. Sigh... in desperate help..

Todays just a typical bad day...wasn't raining nor snowing, but just another gloomy day. Everybody is attending a goodbye party at uni's bar and i'm sitted here facing this com. Not noticing, today's Thursday, my exams starts next Wed and continue with Thurs, Fri and then Tues. I'm beginning to worry whether I could cover all topics for examinations.

How I wish that at the present minute, *click* it would stop, still, for as long as at least 20 days.... *how greedy huh*
How I wish that there is some good invention from Einstein Juniorsss, something like what Doremon invented? Like some chips that allow me to swallow numerous knowledge? Maybe that would turn me into 'da super yippibot' then and I'll look like this:

Then i could score First Class PhD in one year's duration (does the first class thing exist for Phds?) instead of a Bachelors in 3 years !!! Haahahahahahaaa!

There is still some part of the world, which has yet been polluted, one of them is New Zealand.These were taken on a Saturday afternoon! Look closely, there is only 2 cars including myself on the road! That’s Maxwell line, it is part of the the town, I am not out of town yet!

LOok! Only 2 cars waiting for traffic lights! No wonder my homestead mother use to tell me that "oh, traffic jam!" , when there are only 5 cars lining up each side for traffic lights.

Hm..... and this in the middle of the square! thats middle of town!

Lets just say, its exams period, as palmy is a student city, everyone's back home or in the library revising! hahaha..

A dreary winter's day...Woken up by my flatmate after 5 hours of sleep, we went to Chinatown to "yum cha". One of the worst dim sum place to eat, but *sob*, it is the one and only one available for us to "yum cha" in town..................Since my beloved flatmate, Amber is leaving this awful place, as she'll soon reach the end of the tedious student life, we decided to spend an hour loitering around in Esplanade's Rose Garden, but unfortunately, at this time of the year, roses were dried up, all left for us was unattractive stems. All we got was pictures like these.

Back to the gloomy period before exams..... Both of us spent the rest of our day in the library but instead of facing 3 walls, we were facing the computers.

She can multitask! Well, i'm amaze as i can never do that while studying, at least i know that my result slips will look like something to stick on the wall 3 metres away to test how good is my eyesight! (chart filled with Eeess...)

She is listening to an ipod, placed on the left, fliddling with an electronic piece of equipment filled with informations including dictionaries, games, diaries etc. , facing a computer, and reading her book!

Such a great way to study huh!

Disneyland in Malaysia?

Malaysia's government is in talks with Disney about building a theme park, said BBC news.
Hooray! We, Malaysians, could be having southeast asia's first Disneyland! But sadly, for penangites, we have to travel 7 hours drive or an hour on plane to where it is gonna be built, the state of johor. No doubt, it is still better than spending $2k air tickets to Tokyo, HongKong, Paris or USA.
I'm wondering, if it was successful, what colour would Malaysia's Disneyland? Since there is a blue, pink, white, and others... don't tell me it's gonna be purple!
But beware, Disney's spokeswoman says she was aware of ongoing talks but the group has no plans to announce a Malaysian Disneyland!
