It is 11.52pm and I'm reluctant to jump on bed to have a good night rest. Mondays.... I never like Mondays.... the days where we get lots of calls, lots of crazy people. This job is kinda demotivating, I'm most happy to help those that are really in trouble or have a faulty computer, but most (80%) of the callers, calls in, because they know by complaining of crap stuff like "your service is horrible, your quality is bad, your this and that is no good", and to treasure your customer relationship with us, we spend time to solve your so call 'issues'. To think about it, if your saying it's so bad, why didn't you buy some other brands?? For those who compares us with other, why don't you buy them instead of us? Why buy us and complain? and when you get your 'compensation', you're happy again? Is that a quality issue? or because of your own greed? Please, people, stop calling us because of your greed, leave the line free for those who are in trouble and can reach us when they need us instead of waiting 70 minutes on the line to get us.
Well, many things are caused by some 'smarties' who wrote in forums with inaccurate datas and causes all the 'woo ha'. The definition of 'smarties' here is for the people who are smart enough to obtain a wee bit of the data (<50%) correct! Sigh... then the 'woo ha gang' would waste 70 minutes a day or several days, complaining to us when we actually can't help them on their 'woo ha' issue.
Thais are nice people, they'll call in, and even we are in the wrong, they would apologize first, and beg us to fix the problem for thm. How I wish I could speak Thai and I could serve the Thais instead of these Kiasu, Kiasi, Kiamsiap and Kialang people!! (I'll make sure I'm not one of them! Hahaha)
